Any adult woman who wishes to support the principles of Inner Wheel can become a member of an Inner Wheel Club.
Being a member of a club means that you ...
- ... actively participate in club life and attend the monthly meetings as often as you can.
- ... experience beautiful moments together with the other club members.
- ... are part of a network of women from a wide range of private and professional backgrounds.
- ... maintain friendly relations with other club members and provide them with moral support when necessary.
- ... you are willing to participate in projects. This can mean that you produce something yourself, take part in an event as a helper or "simply" support it with a financial contribution, a donation.
- ... are available to take on a role in the club sooner or later, either on or off the board. (The terms of office for board members are limited to 1-3 years. The Board sees itself as a team that supports each other.)
How much does the membership cost?
Each club is free to set its own membership fees. These usually cost CHF 200-300 per year.
